SINGLE POINT AUTOMATIC LUBRICATORS

These are small single point to multi-point "mini systems" that are battery operated offered by Electrolube. We will pre-fill with your grease or supply an excellent compatible product for your application. 

The units are available in three sizes.  The mini (125cc), budget (250cc), and jumbo (475cc).  They can be set to dispense their grease content from a range of 1 month to 1 year.  These devices displace the grease by the development of 50 psi of nitrogen gas.  The dispensing rate is controlled using an easy to set microprocessor.  These units are suitable for most bearing applications operating between -20F to 120F.  They are intrinsically safe and can even be operated down to 7 feet under water. 

The new MD (mechanically driven) unit develop higher pressure through the use of a mechanical screw.  These can be either direct mounted or they are strong enough to power a proportioning valve to service up to 6 bearings.  These units use many of the components of the original Electrolube in their design.  MD units programming range is 1 to 24 months.  These units are refillable requiring a battery change at that time.
