LUBRICANTS
Lorenz is known for automatic lubrication systems which expose
lubricants to high operating pressures, speeds and small orifices.
This can place high demands on the lubricant (particularly greases)
that needs to be considered with system planning. Properly
selected, year round performance from a single grade can be
accomplished even when exposed to the elements for years of
uninterrupted service. Otherwise, seasonal changes are difficult to
time properly or the lubricant can plug up the system orifices after
a few years of use.
It has been our experience that by creating harmony between the lubricant and the application of the lubricant and the operational requirements of the machine, significant results can be achieved.
Lorenz Lubricant manufacturers specifically designed Automatic
System Greases (ASG) to meet these requirements. These performance
lubricants provide better protection of the equipment, and allow for
extended re-lube cycles using less grease.
Lubricants range from petroleum base to synthetics. Food grades are H-1 edible, Kosher/Pareve and they contain a patented bacteriostatic preservative.
Our lubricants are specifically designed for construction
equipment, OTR chassis, Railroad curves and switches, wind
generation, food plants and general industry.
Lorenz also offers "green
lubricants" that are biodegradable
for all industry types. All lubricants are TCLP safe, meaning
that if spilled they will not leach anything toxic into the ground
water.
Our focus is to provide the least number of environmentally safe products to do the best job in line with the OEM requirements of the equipment.
