                                         LINCOLN ISO 9001: 2000 CERTIFICATION

Hand greasing static equipment utilizes less than 50% of what is applied.  Automatic lubrication of moving equipment uses over 95%!  The rule of thumb is to frequently apply a small amount of lubricant verses a large amount infrequently.

These systems consist of a timer, pump, reservoir, metering values, and piping which delivers lubricant to each bearing. These systems can operate at pressure up to 3500 psi for positive delivery of the lubricant.  They also can offer feed-back as the system faults if they should occur.  The timers are integrated with machine control, so lubricant is supplied only when the machine is running, and are easy to program for an infinite range of variables.

Our systems are SMART!  They watch for adequate lubricant level and blocked lines.  The system has an illuminated button for alerting any abnormal operation.  DATALOGGER records all system malfunctions with date and time of occurrence.  A management report is provided to document system performance. Larger 15-liter reservoirs allow up to 300 hours of operation between refills.  Our goal is to time the reservoir refill with the engine oil change for more convenient servicing.  Fault signals an be imputed to satellite communication systems for instant customer reporting.

Construction, OTR and Rail equipment is our main focus.  Our crews install quickly and efficiently.  We often relocate the lube points, and provide removable guarding,

In-plant systems typically service between 15 and 200 points.  With proper periodic inspection and maintenance, the normal life cycle of a lube system is 15 years or more.

Lorenz offers sales, field service, installation and inspection.  Service is available 24/7.
