These are small battery operated single point to multi-point "mini systems" that are offered by Electrolube. Lorenz Lubricant Company will pre-fill with your grease or supply an excellent compatible product for your application. 

The units are available in three sizes: mini (125cc), budget (250cc), and jumbo (475cc).  They can be set to dispense their grease content from a range of 1 month to 1 year.  These devices displace the grease using 50 psi of nitrogen gas.  The dispensing rate is controlled by an easy to set microprocessor.  These units are suitable for most bearing applications operating between -20F to 120F, are intrinsically safe and can even be operated down to 7 feet under water. 

The new MD (mechanically driven) unit develops higher pressure through the use of a mechanical screw.  These can be either direct mounted to a single point, and they are strong enough to power a proportioning valve to service up to 6 bearings!  These units use many of the components of the original Electrolube in their design, are programable from 1 to 24 months, and are refillable.
